Return & Exchange Policy

The Company promises the following return conditions.
 
Goods may be returned within 7 days from the date of actual receipt by the customer:
  1. The product has inherent quality issues.
  2. The product was damaged during transportation.
  3. Incorrect item delivered, or the product does not match the ordered item.
     
    Return or exchange may be applied for provided the item is unused and does not affect resale.

Exceptions to 7‑Day Return Without Reason

The 7‑day no‑reason return policy does not apply to the following cases:
  1. Personalized or custom‑made goods.
  2. Products that have been used (electronic products are considered used once powered on).
  3. The product, its functional parts, or accessories show signs of wear and tear.
  4. Loss or serious damage to the original outer packaging (excluding reasonable unboxing),
     
    which materially affects the resale of the goods.
  5. Other goods that are unsuitable for return due to their nature,
     
    and which you have confirmed upon purchase as non‑returnable.
  6. Other situations where the goods are not in proper condition for resale.

How to Apply for a Return

1. Return / exchange due to personal reasons

Within 7 days from the date of receipt, and without affecting resale,

After‑sales customer service will process your request within 1–3 working days upon receiving the email.
 
Return shipping costs shall be borne by yourself.

2. Return / exchange due to quality issues

Within 7 days from the date of receipt,

Customer service will process your application within 1–3 working days upon receiving the email.
 
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Company.

3. Refund process

For returns submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt,
 
please contact the courier company directly to return the goods.
 
Once the courier company has received the returned items,
 
they will notify us of the refund details.
 
Our company will complete the refund process within 15 working days.
